Requirements

  • Extend the sales area via a retractable bay window to allow for the placement of the slicer, the vacuumizer and other equipment.

  • Ensure regulation-compliant minced meat processing with its own compartment and separate cooling with maximum hygiene.

  • Ensure triple safety thanks to the use of ESSELMANN combi-cooling.

  • Realise maximum payload with the help of the 6.9t version.

  • The heavy-duty package consisting of drive-on rollers at the rear, collision protection at the corners and external chequer plate tread ensures durability and protection against damage even in tough conditions.
