Requirements

  • Realise the expansion of the product range to include high-yield offers such as coffee and sandwiches by integrating a catering module.

  • Increase dwell time with an integrated bistro table on the vehicle.

  • Ensure optimum presentation of a wide range of products via multi-level bread shelves and an expansive bakery counter.

  • Realise maximum weather protection by means of extra-wide flap valances and a driver’s cab panel with its own opening flap.

  • Enable the offer of freshly baked bread rolls several times a day employing a dough cooling system and an integrated oven.
